GenFlex ISO is a highly efficient thermal insulation board composed of a rigid closed cell polyisocyanurate foam core bonded to fiber reinforced facers.

Tapered ISO provides a sloping surface to promote positive drainage for roofing applications.

Applications

GenFlex ISO and GenFlex Tapered ISO with fiber reinforced facers are superior for use with the many types of single-ply membrane roofing systems available. They are approved for use in new construction and reroofing construction over steel, wood, noncombustible and certain types of nailable roof decks.

Standard Sizes

GenFlex ISO is available in standard 48 " x 48 "or 48 " x 96 " boards.

GenFlex Tapered ISO is available in standard 48 " x 48 " boards in thicknesses of 1/2 " minimum to 4" maximum. Available slopes are 1/8 ", 1/4 " and 1/2 " per foot.

GenFlex NB is a rigid insulation panel composed of a polyisocyanurate foam core bonded during the foaming process to either 7/16 " or 5/8 " oriented strand board on one side and a fiber reinforced facer on the other.

GenFlex NB combines superior insulating properties with a strong nailable base. GenFlex NB incorporates APA/TECO rated Exposure 1 Oriented Strand Board and can be used in new construction or reroofing.

GenFlex High Density Fiberboard

GenFlex High Density Fiberboard is a uniform density, non-asphaltic, cellulosic-fiber, insulation board. It is treated on the top surface to reduce bonding adhesive absorption. This product is to be used with GenFlex Single-Ply EPDM, PVC, and TPO roofing systems.

Standard Codes & Compliances

GenFlex High Density Fiberboard complies with ASTM C208, Type II, Grade 2 specifications. Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. Classified as “Roof Covering Materials” for use in Class A roof coverings.

GenFlex Composite GB (Gypsum Board)

GenFlex Composite GB (Gypsum Board) is a closed-cell polyiso foam bonded to _” primed glass-mat gypsum board on the top surface and a fiber-reinforced felt facer on the bottom. It is available in various thicknesses from 1.5” to 4.0”.

GenFlex Composite GB combines the superior insulating properties of Polyiso with a dense protection layer for the insulation. It has a 500 psi compressive strength, making it an ideal choice for areas on the roof where foot traffic is a concern.
