Overview

GenFlex One Step Insulation Adhesive is a two-component, low-rise polyurethane adhesive engineered for anchoring roof insulation and cover boards to approved substrates, as well as for adhering multiple insulation layers. This solvent-free, VOC-free adhesive contains no harmful HCFCs or CFCs and is suitable for cold-weather applications when properly stored. Dispensed using a battery-powered or pneumatic applicator, the dual-component system mixes automatically through a static mixer, producing a uniform bead that delivers strong adhesion, excellent coverage and time-saving installation efficiency.
