GenFlex^™ Black One-Part Pourable Sealer is a high-performance, single-component sealant formulated for quick and reliable sealing of roof penetrations, pitch pans, and penetration pockets in black EPDM roofing systems. Packaged in convenient, resealable pouches for easy dispensing, it provides a clean, efficient application and long-lasting protection against water intrusion. When combined with GenFlex^™ UltraFlash^™ Fabric, it can also be used as a liquid flashing to create a seamless, monolithic membrane for complex roof details. Engineered for excellent adhesion, flexibility, and weather resistance, this pourable sealer is ideal for repairs and new installations where dependable, watertight performance is essential. (Not for use on TPO or FlexWhite EPDM; use GenFlex White One-Part Pourable Sealer for those applications.)
