GenFlex InvisiWeld Cardboard Discs are 102 mm protective discs designed for use with InvisiWeld Plates when installing approved single-ply roof covers over EPS or XPS insulation. Positioned between the plate and the insulation, the discs act as a thermal barrier to prevent melting during the induction welding process. They are compatible with both TPO and PVC InvisiWeld applications and help ensure a consistent, damage-free weld. (Note: PVC should not make direct contact with EPS or XPS insulation.)
